By submitting a request through this website, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings:
All stays at Ateljee are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation from us. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and present during the stay.
Payments:
Payment details and timelines will be shared upon confirmation of your booking. A reservation is only final once the agreed payment has been received. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking and may vary depending on the length and timing of your stay. Once confirmed, cancellations may be subject to charges.
Deposit:
A refundable deposit may be required prior to your stay. This will be returned after departure, provided the apartment has been left in good condition. Any damage, loss or additional cleaning required beyond normal use may be deducted from the deposit.
Use of the property:
Guests are expected to treat the space with care and respect, and to be mindful of the surroundings and neighbours. The number of guests may not exceed the number confirmed in the booking. Smoking indoors, bringing pets and hosting events or parties are not permitted. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Liability:
Ateljee cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or injury during your stay, except where required by law. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Check-in & check-out:
Check-in and check-out details will be shared prior to arrival. We will always try to be flexible where possible.
Unforeseen circumstances:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, including events beyond our control, any payments made will be refunded in full. No further compensation can be claimed.
